No one knows your child like you do. However, when your child is struggling at school, understanding your rights and knowing how to proceed can be a difficult journey to embark on alone.
Through a child-centered, collaborative approach, my goal is to help families feel confident as vital members of their child’s educational team. I support families in understanding the special education process and guide them in effectively advocating for their child’s unique needs.
I have over 20 years of experience as a special educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst in both public and private school settings with individuals aged 3 to 22. I have sat on both sides of the IEP table - as a staff member, as well as a sister and a mother. Because of my professional and personal experiences, I offer both a high level of expertise, as well as a deep understanding of the families I support.
